Our customer is an authorised life assurance company. The core business is the use of life assurance as a specialist wealth management structure for high net-worth investors.

Job description

To coach project leaders in delivering initiatives supporting Lombard´s ambitious growth targets.

The role

§ Building, optimising and maintaining the IT Project Portfolio

§ Provide visibility on budget and resource requirements to execute the IT Project portfolio

§ Identify and manage dependencies between the projects

§ Leading a team of Project leaders to succeed in their individual projects

§ Co-ordinating contract management and Procurement within the Project Delivery team

§ Ensuring co-ordination of the release schedule with the IT Change Management and the Project Leaders

Job requirements

§ Self motivated, influential, innovative, results-oriented and able to demonstrate a successful track record in project management

§ Business understanding of the life assurance, private banking or investment funds industry

§ Strong experience in project management methodologies and usage of tools

§ Good networking skills and building strong relationships

§ Experience in managing external services (Partnership agreements, RFP, RFQ)

§ Excellent written and spoken English

§ Excellent communication and presentation skills, and sound reasoning
