As a Siebel Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for managing large Siebel implementations. This means delivering the project on time and within budget to the utmost satisfaction of the client.
You are a challenging counterpart for our clients and recommend possible Siebel solutions to complex business issues. You will be responsible for the planning and the quality as well as for the project communication and for financial and stakeholder management. An important part of your job will also be to initiate follow-on and new work.
Your role will not be limited to managing Siebel expertise, but will also cover resourcing aspects (both onshore and offshore) and the human aspects of implementing changes to existing structures and ways of working.
You will be coaching and teaming with colleagues and client staff, where our (and your) role is always based on a realistic commitment to deliver results. You enjoy sharing your experience and knowledge with your team members, thus maximizing the results. Your attitude is critical and you always challenge existing solutions. |
