- Ownership of missions regarding reorganisation from part of the client company - or the complete organisation.
- Capability of managing simultaniously different projects in the conception phase
- Capable of discussions with CXO and to have the ownerships of piloting projects
- Managing conflictual situations
- Take ownership of pre-sales missions, coordinate an actionplan with the functional consultants, follow-up of the actions with the prospects, formalise the serviceofferings
Product expertise
- Control the projectmethodolgy and the "Service delivery" (Prince2, ASAP, ITIL)

- Assuming a HR Coach role for a part of the companie

- SAP expert (+/- 5 years) or Project Management. Knows Financial modules (FI-CO) or Logistic modules, ideally a good overview of all main SAP modules.
- Fluent in Dutch or French. At least accept an intensiv training in Dutch or French. English is a must.
- Capacity of detecting markettrends and communicating recommendations to the management
- ITIL : Application Management (+ Certification)
