They are the main player concerning e-communication, e-business, document delivery and security related issues like PKI (they are the main provider for the certification of the Belgium E-ID card).
Their e-Communication platform allows anyone to connect: large or small, in an interactive or integrated manner.
Solutions like e-billing, e-supply, e-delivery, e-worker. |

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for defining the product roadmap and the positioning of our solutions. He will identify new opportunities and translate this into concrete product offerings. He will provide the required input to sales & marketing and the development teams.
Responsibilities
Product Development:
· Identification & approval of the roadmap of one or more standard offerings of our client.
· Definition of a business case for new investments.
· Follow up of the implementation of the roadmap.
· Management of the Product launch plan.
Presales role :
· Analyze the impact of special customer requirements and collaborate to presales qualification requests and to the proposal making process.
· Contribute to the `evangelization´ of the offers through active participation in trainings and presentations.
Knowledge
· Higher education in IT, sciences, engineering (university degree) or equivalent by experience,
· Knowledge in e-business processes (e-billing, supply) or e-business technologies (ERP, PKI).
Experience
· Experience in product management of business software that involve product marketing and interaction with the customer.
· Experience in business processes such as financial, procurement, supply chain, HR...and /or in environments such as industry, services, financials, utilities...
· Experience in participating or conducting projects for the implementation of ICT solutions / software products
Profile
· Understands complex situations and works systematically to resolve problems to ensure qualitative results
· Ensure accurate communication
· Develops and uses effective strategies to influence others or to gain their support
