Within the technology services, you'll bring your own expertise during international HR projects (technical or business).
Depending on your experiences and expectations, you'll get the opportunity to learn more about HR processes during implementations and roll-out projects, mostly within the bank, public and industry sectors.
You'll assist your client, you'll adapt organization and processes to deliver the desired changes. You'll align culture and behaviours to deliver the vision.

- At least 3 years experience in HR and 3 years experience in SAP or PeopleSoft HR
- Good functional knowledge of SAP or PeopleSoft HR
- Knowledge of Payroll and HR business processes
- Capable of working autonomously
- Willingness to keep informed about new developments in SAP or PeopleSoft HR and beyond
- Willingness to keep informed about new trends in HR organization model, HR processes, ...
- High-level knowledge of SAP or PeopleSoft technology
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a good team player
- Stress resistant, positive and dynamic
- Language skills: French, English and Dutch
