Responsible for the delivery of functional expertise to support business objectives and priorities
FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE AND MANAGEMENT
· Aligns functional area with the business requirements · Uses functional expertise to drive the support for the company vision. · Builds and maintains senior customer relationships to understand business needs, client´s agenda and priorities needs and to aid in delivery of the engagement · Coaches and mentors team members from the same functional area. Enables and provides coaching and feedback to team members · Manages, motivates and develops functional capability to create high performance internal teams · Delivers large and complex engagement (s)/ projects and to budget: orchestrates Capgemini capabilities into the client and manages and leads the client delivery team (when required) · Continuously innovates to improve service and reduce costs · Builds and maintains an external network and keeps up to date on industry best practice in order to innovate within the company · Has the trust and respect of his/her client´s senior executives · Develops high client satisfaction ratings OTACE

- At least 5 years experience in CRM and 5 years experience in Siebel, Microsoft, Selligent and/or SalesForce.com - Good functional knowledge of Siebel, Microsoft, Selligent and/or SalesForce.com - Knowledge of CRM (incl call enters) business processes - Capable of working autonomously - Willingness to keep informed about new developments in Siebel, Microsoft, Selligent and/or SalesForce.com and beyond - Willingness to keep informed about new trends in CRM organization model, CRM processes, ... - High-level knowledge of Siebel, Microsoft, Selligent and/or SalesForce.com technology - Excellent interpersonal skills, a good team player - Stress resistant, positive and dynamic - Language skills: French, English and Dutch
