They are the main player concerning e-communication, e-business, document delivery and document protection services like digital certificates, Identity & Access Management, PKI, ... (they are the main provider for the certification of the Belgium E-ID card).

Their e-Communication platform allows anyone to connect: large or small, in an interactive or integrated manner. Solutions like e-billing, e-supply, e-delivery, e-signing, timestamping, ... and services for trusted third parties.

Job description

Document Protection Services is one of the two business areas of our client. Document Protection Services (DPS) is an important market player for:
- digital certificates (e.g. for the Belgian eID)
- Identity and Access Management
- secured communication
- trusted third party services such as e-signing, timestamping, e-registration, ...

Due to increasing success of our innovative offering in a growing market, we are looking to reinforce the DPS Team with a Sales Specialist (new function!!). His mission is to reach the order intake objective of DPS by closing deals with customers which are mainly larger companies, government institutions, organizations, system integrators or application providers.

  • Lead the sales of complex projects: 
    • Identify and qualify business opportunities
    • Build up a commercial relations, analyze customers´ business requirements, objectives and constraints
    • Create professional proposals, negotiate and close deal
  • Help to work out indirect sales channels
  • Build up a relation with important system integrators / application providers to whom DPS can offer building blocks for their larger projects
  • Account management of and upselling with existing customers
  • Represent the company on events, seminars, etc.
  • Work in close involved departments (product management, marketing, project office, service delivery, etc.)

Job requirements

Experience and knowledge:

  • Higher education (preferably university degree)
  • Knowledge in e-business processes and technologies (e-Signing/e-Contracting, Identity and Access Management, e-Timestamping, e-ID, PKI, ...)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales, pre-sales or consultancy of complex ICT projects.
  • Experience in dealing with large companies and maturity to take the commercial lead.
  • Preferably experience with PKI and/or Identity and Access Management.
  • Teamwork experience.
  • Dutch, French and English
