- Strong experience in Managing Package-based implementation projects, preferably Siebel, Microsoft, Selligent or Salesforce.com
- Knowledge of Siebel and Siebel Analytics
- Knowledge of CRM business processes
- Willingness to keep informed about new developments in Siebel, Microsoft, Selligent or Salesforce.com and beyond
- High-level knowledge of Fusion middleware, SOA, interfacing technology and/or SQL
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Stress resistant, positive and dynamic
- Language skills: French, English and Dutch
