Job description

Setting up the Knowledge Transfer activities of the Application Management to the

offshoring companies (Knowledge Acquisition, Shadow, and Reverse Shadow). 

Instituting a Productivity Program by the implementation of Key Performance Indicators and

Service Level Agreements. 

Addressing all Changes (Structural, Functional and Operational) to the organization and

resources to accommodate the offshore Managed Services smoothly.

Job requirements

Successfully conducted the Request for Proposal and Selection Process of the Offshorers. 

Visited the Offshorers and screened their detailed profiles and capabilities. 

Suitably represented the Brussels office in the Paris IS Group Project. 

Monitored the implementation of a RACI matrix to separate onsite and offshore activities. 

Looked into IT tooling configuration and redefined proper KPIs and SLAs in order to
enable the Application Managers to provide Productivity Indicators relevant to the client. 

Scoped and negotiated each Statement of Work with the Offshorers for the 6 Application
domains.
