In the context of major software development process improvement initiative, the process team is seeking for an experienced Project Manager.
The context of this position is: - Process Assets Development - Coaching & Training - Change Management - Quality Audit - Support high level management decision taking
Your responsibilities
support software development teams in the change of their day-to-day activities to increase their product and project quality
support management decision taking on the process improvement models, frameworks, tools, etc..

Prince2 or PMI certification Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal, including the ability to produce clear and well organized documents. Must be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Customer-focused, team player with a desire to continuously improve current practices/processes. Possesses excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills. Follow the defined process and being compliant at any time, in order to serve as example. Being able to convince people of using new process assets during their day-to-day activities. Experience in software development projects (min 3 years) - e.g. Project Manager, Analysts, Programmer, Tester, etc Experience in software process improvement (min 2 years) Willing to participate in other activities to serve the process improvement project as such - e.g. Collect measurement data, perform quality assurance, project management work, provide training, etc.. French or Dutch speaking with a good understanding of the other language English writing and reading skills Knowledge on CMMI is an advantage Knowledge in Six Sigma or similar measure techniques is an advantage |
