Job description

-Lead a project team (4 to 6 people)
-Participate as a key-analyst at different projects
-Collaborate with the architect to elaborate the impact analysis and the design of the solution
-Realize the functional design documents
-Define and follow the test plan
-Coach and follow the developers
-Manage the boundaries with other IS teams
-Report to the IS team leader and the client.

Job requirements

University graduate with 3 years of experience from functional design towards project leading 
Knowledge of application development (VB or Java)
VB.NET, SQL Server, SAS 
Knowledge in insurance or accounting application development 
Strong self-motivator and entrepreneurial pro-active attitude 
Adaptive, strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
Good inter-personal contacts, team player 
French/Dutch, English
