Job description

Under the leadership of the Global Workflow & Collaboration Service Team Manager, you will lead the Lotus Notes Administration, systems performance and project activity for the European Collaboration environment. This person will be responsible for effectively supporting and maintaining the Lotus Notes server infrastructure and for providing technical leadership and experience to other team members, while ensuring delivery of business value.

As the Lotus Notes Administration Lead you will be part of the Workflow &
Collaboration Service Team in Europe, which covers three main areas: Product Support, Performance & Administration, Application Support & Roll-out of applications.

Key Result Accountabilities:

· Provide Level 2 Lotus Notes Administration support and problem resolution of complex problem tickets escalated from the Service Desk
· Implement and maintain email management and reporting analysis
· Research, recommend and implement strategies for Lotus Notes server
capacity planning and enhancements
· Implement technical projects to maintain and upgrade the Lotus Notes
server infrastructure
· Create/maintain detailed documentation on Lotus Notes server
environment
· Provide strategic leadership for local administrators across multiple
locations
· Deliver superior results through control of the project delivery
timelines and implementation plans
· Timely execution of all processes, procedures, and control plans
· Implementation of ongoing staff training, focusing on technical
skills
· Support team building initiatives that help energize and influence
team members
· Provide support to Lotus Notes developers with testing and rollouts
of developed Lotus Notes applications

Job requirements

You are a Senior Lotus/Notes Administrator with proven experience with management
of complex Notes/Domino installations. Experience with SameTime and other Lotus Collaboration Products is a plus. The understanding of connectivity between Domino and RDMS is required,
along with ODBC and LEI working knowledge. You are committed to quality and standards. Understanding of the complexity of a constantly changing global IT infrastructure and organization.
Experience with ITIL is a plus.

As a person you are Customer- and Service oriented, with sense of urgency. Excellent project management skills with demonstrated track record. The current team members are looking for a team player, coach and someone who can take responsability. Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills along with problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills to influence
management as well as internal and external partners. You speak fluently English, other languages are a plus. Because of the international character of the organisation, you are able to travel 20%-30% of the year (primarily Europe, sometimes globally).
