| After initial training (certification program in Remedy ARS), you will work in the implementation, maintenance and support Remedy ITSM projects and other related applications supporting the infrastructure of our customers ( CMDB, Discovery ). |

Analytical and good presentation skills
Bachelor degree or experience in Development analyses.
Knowledge of ITIL processes is an advantage
Bilingual Dutch / French;
Eager to learn and willing to develop |
