Together with your team - the SAP Support Team - you will be helping to define the strategy, develop the tactical approach and support on 3rd level the operations. Your team is the single point of contact (SPOC) towards internal customers and external partners for SAP related support matters related to the outsourced SAP technical infrastructure.
You will work together with our SAP technical expert, share knowledge and experience and balance the activities. For unforseen problems on production instances, the SAP support team offers continuous support services to its business customers. Part of your role will be to safeguard this service´s continuity. You will report to the team manager. |

You have at least 2 years experience as an SAP NetWeaver technical consultant in a support role.
Ideally you combine solid SAP technical skills (NetWeaver ´04/7.0) with a good understanding of SAP´s ABAP & Java platform and solutions. Competence on AIX and DB/2, our current hosting platform, is definitely an advantage. Java development skills are highly valued because they can be applied in the context of supporting Java based SAP solutions (BI, EP, MI, ...).
- Solid education in IT (bachelor or university degree) - Sound knowledge of English, Dutch is an asset - SAP NetWeaver Technical Consultant certification or equivalent through experience - Knowledge of best practice IT service management processes (e.g. ITIL) as well as project management methodologies (e.g. PMI) is an asset
You are a team player, have excellent communication and analytical skills. You are eager to learn about new developments in SAP technology. You are pro-active in a way to see how these new technologies can be applied in the context of the company. Your colleagues will appreciate a service minded and focused person who wants to share his knowledge.
