Job description

His mission is to:

1. Contractual Aspect:
Manage commercial, financial & contractual aspects between the company and the client
Write and negotiate the SLA with the client and monitor each SLA
Control the overall coherency of operations.
Lead and coordinate the Steering Committee
Represent the company on the Steering Committee.

2. Administrative Aspect:
Deal with the invoicing and outstanding debts related to project services.
Supervise administrative management of the staff assigned to the project.

3. Risk Management:
Manage Risks on the project (costs, delays, resources, technical) and follow-up actions plan

4. Quality Management:
Contribute to drawing up the MQAP as well as its subsequent updates.
Produce the TPAM quality indicators.
Ensure that the project follow-up and Quality follow-up are carried out correctly.
Control the overall TPAM schedule.

5. Planning Management:
Supervise the companies Project Manager´s activity and planning.

6. Actions Follow-up:
Ensure that the plan of action implemented by the Project Manager enables the objectives to be reached.

7. Resources Management:
Supply human resources, equipment and software required for the project.
Share out the activities among the dedicated teams and the various service centers.
Act as the link between the different service centers

Job requirements

Experience in a similar function (contract manager, service manager, quality manager,...).
