Key objectives of this role:
- Managing change requests, corrections and enhancements - Gather user requirements, - Take care of the analysis (functional and technical) - Occasionally do software development - Organise the User Acceptance testing - Follow up on offshore activities
As an Analyst, your main responsibilities will be to:
Engage stakeholders using methods for eliciting needs, expectations, constraints, and external interfaces Translate the customer needs to documented requirements Define the requirements strategy and organisation Design and configures the Requirements Repository and the Traceability matrix according to the strategy Identify and analyse change request, corrections, enhancements Guarantee consistency of documented requirements with project plans and technical work products in terms of identification, qualification, acceptance, commitment and traceability Develop acceptance plan and acceptance criteria with the stakeholders Ensure proper reporting on requirements activities to the application manager Plan, coordinate, lead, review and validate the activities in the domain of requirements development: the development of requirements in terms necessary for product component design the development of use cases
As a Designer, your main responsibilities will be to:
Assist the application specialists in the solution Validate the feasibility of the solution Design system components (e.g. databases, user interfaces) and interfaces between the components: defines responsibilities, operations, attributes and relationships of system components and the interfaces between them Guarantee the implementation of the system components: reviews the software code and unit-test elements of the system components and interfaces: (proactive) Document the design (system components and interfaces) Maintain the documentation throughout the lifecycle Participate together with the project architect to the design of the system Provide input to feasibility studies Support the test teams in analyzing potential bugs

Technical skills:
-Experience in the mainframe environment (back-end): Cobol, JCL, DB2, IMS
-Knowledge of MQ-series and Java are strong assets
-Good business understanding of the Banking applications ie Investments, Payments and Credits
-Knowledge of Oracle and how it interfaces with the mainframe system is a plus
-Fluency in Dutch and English
