Business Unit: Business Consulting Unit
Primary Location: Brussels
Purpose of Role
As an experienced consultant in Banking, you will participate in sonsulting projects in Banking industry. Typical assignements include business strategy development, organizational change, process design and systems implementation.
Your work may involve projects in other countries working in multi-disciplinary teams.
Core Functional Responsibilities
Include the analysis of the client's business, formulating and designing appropriate solutions and implementation of strategies and integrated solutions. You will work in a project team that is comprised of client resources and company resources.
You will also contribute to the development of new opportunities and extend our client relationships. |

| Desired Experience
4 to 12 years of relevant professional experience in Banking.
Experience acquired in a consulting environment, an audit firm or a Banking company.
Knowledge of Banking products, business processes and regulatory aspects (eg IAS, IFRS).
Experience in process analysis and organisational change.
Experience with project approach / team based working. |
