As Campaign Management Application Engineer Technical you are an expert in your technical domain because the campaign management system is a core of the new direct banking strategy of our client.
You will provide third level support to the business in charge of the marketing campaigns; therefore you also manage the contact with SAS Support. You also are in charge of the SAS hot fix and bug follow-up.
Your responsabilities
- Report to Application Manager
- Technical expert on set of applications
- Technical analysis and implementation of application maintenance requests, bug fixes, quality fixes, incidents and problems
- Organize and maintain technical application documentation
- Follow-up and resolve technical issues (if needed discuss with Application Manager)
- If relevant, conduct problem analysis and define request for change
- Definition and validation of technical testing of application changes

- ETL (Extract, Transform, Load).
- JAVA.
- Oracle.
- Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Visio, Select).
- SAS Product
- French or Dutch speaking with a good understanding of the other language
- English writing and reading skills
- Knowledge on SAS is an advantage |
