Job description

You will :

  • be in charge of the identification and development of new customers and business opportunities;
  • maximize the license revenue and market share for Workforce Management applications in Dutch Belgium, in designated Industry Vertical(s) and public institutions;
  • understand the importance of relationships with partners and the development of those partnerships.

Responsabilities :

  • Identification and development of new customers and business opportunities within your target market;
  • Generating new license, hardware, services and maintenance sales revenue in the Workforce Management area (Time and Attendance, people planning, project management);
  • Providing business knowledge in the specified product market in order to identify and prioritize the key opportunities in the specified market;
  • Working as part of a virtual team on sales campaigns;
  • Analyzing industry trends and business drivers related to the product set;
  • Communicating and monitoring competitive activity;
  • Developing and managing a sales funnel;
  • Working with Marketing to generate and deliver appropriate marketing campaigns.

Job requirements

Proven track record in solution sales and account management (Min 5 years).

  • Market development capabilities;
  • Solution Sales oriented;
  • Stress resistant and dynamic self starter;
  • You have a university degree or graduated or equivalent by experience;
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
