(...) Een vertrouwensrelatie was gelegd en onze opdracht kon starten. Mogelijke kandidaten werden bij UC uitgenodigd, geïnterviewd en indien goed bevonden naar HDMP doorgestuurd samen met een rapport. Daarbij werd sterk rekening gehouden met het feit dat HDMP echte team players zoekt. De helpdeskfunctie werd reeds na een paar weken ingevuld en de IT-functie na ongeveer 2 maanden. (...) De regelmatige feedback vanwege Ulysses Consulting gedurende de rekrutering en de betrokkenheid van de consultants tot aan de afronding van het aanwervingproces werden sterk op prijs gesteld. Het feit dat we na aanwerving zowel de klant als de nieuwe medewerker(s) contacteren met de vraag of alles naar wens verloopt, draagt alleen maar bij tot een aangename samenwerking.

Ulysses représente à mes yeux plus qu'un chasseur de têtes. Certes UC fait du "Recrutement et de la Chasse", certes les consultant d'UC nous aident dans la sélection et le référencement, mais au-delà des attentes normales d'un partenaire HR, tout aussi original soit-il, Ulysses a su comprendre nos enjeux . Nos ambition pour 2006-2007 sont grandes et j’ose espérer qu’Ulysses restera ce vrai partenaire, et pas simplement en HR que nous avons connu depuis 2004.

Na een onverwacht telefoontje van Antje, consultant bij Ulysses, is mijn zoektocht naar een nieuwe job in een versneld tempo geraakt.
