Welcome to the Ulysses HR Competence Centre. Here you will find information on all services of this Competence Centre and also our HR Library with some free documents on HR issues.
The two main activities of this Competence Centre are:
1) HR outsourcing
2) HR headhunting |
The job market has changed considerably in the past decade and consequently the needs of our clients have evolved. Even when true headhunting remains a necessity to find high-potential candidates, we at Ulysses Consulting understand that a more complete service within the field of HR has an undeniable added value for our clients. After several succesfull HR consulting missions at our clients, the time has come to give this new service a place of it's own within the Ulysses Consulting activities.
For this purpose, Ulysses Consulting has created the new HR Outsouring Services. Our HR consultants will asist our clients onsite on such subjects like:
- Recruitment & Selection of highly skilled professionals
- Talent management (Identifying talent, finding ways to stimulate growth in your employees and retention management)
- HR process consulting
- Asessment services
- Training
In the (near) future, our services will also include outplacement, cultural HR management, career guidance,...
The unique aspect of Ulysses HR Outsourcing is that all our consultants in the field, have a complete team of fellow HR specialists at the different Ulysses offices who they can rely upon to provide back-office support.
