Methodology:

  • Reports on candidates seen and withheld

  • Original cv + report sent to the client

  • Follow-up by phone or face-to-face: selection of those candidates to be seen
    by the client with the client

  • Setting up next interview rounds with the client: feedback from client and
    candidate after every interview

  • Job offer from client to candidate, usually via our consultants

  • Closing and regular contact in the months afterwards to ensure satisfaction from both sides.
